A little lighter version. A little lighter version.
Number of Servings: 12


    2 cups white flour
    1/3 cup Granulated Sugar,
    2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened,
    1 tbsp Baking Powder,
    1 cup, mashed Banana
    2/3 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce,
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil,
    1 extra large Egg
    1 cup hershey's Semi sweet Chocolate chips


Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, blend the bananas, apple sauce, oil, and egg together. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until they are just blended. Fold in the chocolate chips. In a muffin pan sprayed with Pam scoop 1/4 cup of batter.

Bake at 425 for 15- 20 minutes. Cool them completely on a wire rack.
