A delicious and easy side dish--my 2 year old LOVED it! A delicious and easy side dish--my 2 year old LOVED it!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 large)
    1 TBSP butter
    1 TBSP honey
    Juice of 1/2 orange (about 1/4 cup)
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Melt butter in a small skillet. Add carrots and orange juice. Cook until orange juice is completely absorbed, stirring frequently. Add honey and cinnamon, and enjoy!
Makes 2 small servings
