family size package of packed Sunkist tuna in water
1c baby carrots
1 c chopped broccoli
1 c chopped cauliflower
1 can campbells 98% fat free cream of celery
1 cup of water
1 c of whole wheat rotini pasta
3 slices of 2% american cheese.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover over medium-high heat stirring occaisionally until pasta is cooked. Serve. Should serve 5- 1 C servings.
