    2 Chicken Breasts, skin and bone removed
    1 cup fresh Broccoli
    1 can of Mushroom Soup
    1 tbsp Soy sauce
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
    2 tbsp Butter
    2 cup White Rice- cooked


Cook chicken fully in skillet. Steam broccoli, you can do this in a covered dish in the microwave. Put broccoli in bottom of casserole dish. Mix soy sauce and can of mushroom soup. Add cooked chicken to mushroom mixture. Pour over broccoli in casserole dish. Mix together melted butter with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Spread this mixture overtop of casserole.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
Serve with cooked white rice.
Makes 4 servings.
