Introduction

This recipe is based on Paula Deen's version, but I have made lower fat substitutions and added more lemon, dill, and garlic. It is great served with crab cakes, grilled salmon, or any seafood! Ingredients

0.50 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
0.25 cup sprigs Dill weed, fresh
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 tbsp Parsley
    8 serving Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise (1 TBSP = 14 g)
    3 tsp Lemon Zest

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. The consistency will thicken as it chills; for a thicker sauce add less milk and for a thinner sauce add both tablespoons. Adjust for seasoning; sometimes I add a few grinds of salt and pepper. This recipe makes about 1 cup of sauce, and is best prepared hours before serving! One serving is a tablespoon of the sauce, and this was calculated using reduced fat sour cream.
