    1 large onion
    4 tsp chili powder
    4 tsp cumin
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 cloves garlic
    1 large green or red bell pepper
    28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    2 c. chopped succhini
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 can pinto beans drained and rinsed


makes 4 servings

1. Over medium heat high heat saute onion in non-stick cooking spray until soft. Add chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
2. Stir in garlic and bell peppers, cook until peppers are soft. Stir in tomotes and zucchini.
3. When all veggies are soft, add turkey and beans. Let the chili simmer for at least 10-15 minutes. Serve
