    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1.3 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove)
    Shrimp, raw, 16 oz (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces (remove)
    Smoked sausage, 6 oz (remove)
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 4 teaspoon (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)


sautee onions, peppers, and sausage, bring water to a boil add bouillion cubes, rice, cook for aprox 20 minutes, add remaining ingredients.
