Introduction

We always used to have this on Easter morning after all the eggs had been found. We always used to have this on Easter morning after all the eggs had been found.

Ingredients

    6 hard boiled eggs
    2 C white sauce

    White Sauce:
    2 tbsp butter or margarine
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    dash black pepper
    1 1/2 C milk

Directions

In a small saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt & pepper. Stir in milk. Cook & stir over medium heat until thickened & bubbly. Cook & stir for 1 minute more.
Chop up eggs and mix into white sauce, heat another 2 minutes. Serve over toast.
