    14.5 oz box Barilla Plus Penne
    2 bottle Ragu Garden Vegetable
    2 C. skim Mozzarella cheeze, shredded
    3 C. Kirkland normandy style frozen vegetables
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp olive oil


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drop in frozen vegetables for last 2 minutes of cook time.
Meanwhile in a skillet brown the onion and garlic in a spot of olive oil. Add sauce and cottage cheese. Heat through. Toss sauce and cooked pasta together, put in casserole dish. Top with mozzarella. Bake for about 30 minutes, 350 degrees.

* I literally just made this up for the nutritional info, I'm going to make it tonight so I am guessing on everything. Feel free to change it up!
