    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast chopped into bite size pieces
    1 lg. green bell cut into strips
    1 lb. red bell cut into strips
    1 yellow onion cut into strips
    1 package Lawry's Fajita seasoning
    1 tsp olive oil


Cook chicken in hot pan with olive oil, add vegetables and saute for a few minutes. Add a few tbsp of water and seasoning mix. Saute for about 5 minutes to desired veggie doneness. Serve on warm corn tortillas with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Yum.
