    1 15 oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
    1 15 oz can Ranch Style Beans
    2 cups whole wheat rigatoni (or shells)
    1/2 cup each red and green peppers
    1/2 cup yellow onion
    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 tsp low sodium beef boullion or 2 cubes


Bring water to boil in 2 qt saucepan and add pasta.
Dice all vegetables and steam in 1/4 cup water until tender. drain any remaining water and add ground beef. Cook until no longer pink. Drain any grease and rinse well. Add fire roasted tomatoes and pasta and boullion and let simmer until thick.
Can be topped with non fat cheddar cheese and served with a fresh leafy green salad. This makes 4 generous servings
