    Quaker Quick Oatmeal (uncooked), 1 1/2 cup
    Weider 90% Protein, 2 serving
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Skim Milk Powder, 1 cup
    peanut butter (smooth, light), 1/4 cup
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
    1/2 cup Craisins (or raisins)
    1/4 - 1/2 cup water

    may want to add sweetener (optional; to taste: not in the nutritional info)


Spray an 8 inch square pan with non-stick spray. In bowl, whisk together peanut butter, water and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Spread into pan and freeze for an hour or refridgerate overnight, until squares can be cut. Wrap individually.
