Ingredients

4 packages top ramen noodles
1/2 - 3/4 lb frozen brocolli
1 package sliced mushrooms
3 green onions
1/2 lb frozen raw shrimp (peeled and tailed)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
6 tablespoons sesame seed oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
Put brocolli, mushrooms, green onions, and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a large wok on medium high heat for about 3 minutes.
While that is cooking, boil water and prepare noodles according to package, drain water when finished. (note: for added flavor, use flavoring while boiling noodles, but drain after use).
Add shrimp to wok after 3 minutes of cooking brocolli (note: brocolli will still be firm, add shrimp anyway). Add 2 tablespoons of sesame seed oil, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to brocolli. Cook until shrimp is pink and tender (about 10 minutes). Drain extra liquid.
In large pan, heat 3 tablespoons of exra virgin olive oil. Add cooked noodles. Add 4 tablespoons of sesame seed oil on top of noodles, and fry noodles to a little crisp. Add 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce to noodles and toss to coat. Add brocolli-shrimp mixture in with noodles, mix and enjoy!
