Number of Servings: 60


    10 oz Raisin Bran
    2.5 c whole wheat flour
    2.5 t baking soda
    1 t salt
    1 c unpacked brown sugar
    .25 c sugar
    2 c ff milk
    .5 c unsweetend applesauce
    2 eggs beaten
    2 T white vinegar


1. Mix 2 T vinegar with 2 c milk and set aside for 5 min.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together
3.Mix eggs and applesauce together
4.Mix egg mixture and the milk with the dry ingredients together. Mix well.
Pour into mini muffin pans and bake at 400 degrees for 12 min. Makes around 60 minis.
Can use regular muffin tins just bake for 15 min. instead.
