    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Onions, 1 medium
    1 Mushroom, Portabella cap and stem, diced
    1 cup Swansons beef stock, 33% less sodium
    2 Tblsp Corn Starch,
    1 1/2 cup water

    Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut meat into 4 servings. Place in a deep baking dish.
Dice mushroom and onion, add along with broth, salt and pepper to the baking dish. Cover. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until tender.

Pour broth mix off the meat into a sauce pan.

Stir cornstarch with the 1 1/2 cup water. Stir into broth mix. Cook over medium heat to thicken.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
