    2 Chicken Breasts
    2 Tbsp Crumbled Feta Cheese
    1 tsp Minced Garlic
    1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 Tbsp Chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes
    2 Tbsp Chopped Black Olives
    1 Tbsp Pine Nuts


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss together all ingredients. Rub the chicken w/ olive oil, salt, & pepper to taste. Cut a pocket and fill w/ stuffing. Bake for 15 minutes, top w/ any remaining stuffing.
