I like mine this way, but you can add cheese and salsa if you like... I like mine this way, but you can add cheese and salsa if you like...

    85 grams of cooked, peeled shrimp
    1 cup cut up red & green peppers
    1 tbsp chopped onion
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 sprouted whole grain tortilla


Heat oil in a pan. Add veggies and saute just until barely tender. (I like mine crisp) Add shrimp. Heat through. Roll into a small whole grain soft tortilla.
OPTIONAL: Add cheese, salsa and/or sour cream
