    1/2 Cup Skippy Natural Peanut Butter
    1.5 tbsp molasses
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 1/4 cup short grain brown rice
    1 package extra-firm tofu
    1/2 cup hot water

    1. Mariande tofu in all of the ingredients, except for the rice, from 30 min to 8 hours.
    2. Boil rice while tofu is marinating
    3. Fry rice and tofu together, on low, once the rice is cooked and the tofu is marinated.
