    Flour, white 5 TBS
    Beef, top sirloin, 8 oz cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    Olive Oil, 3 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    Dei Fratelli petite diced tomatoes 28 oz can
    carrot medium chopped
    Water 1 cup
    Thyme dried 1 tsp
    Black pepper 1/2 tsp
    Itlian Village Frozen Cheese Tortellini 2 cups
    Swanson beef broth 50% less sodium 32 oz


Place 2 TBS of flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add beef a few pieces at a time and shake to coat. In a nonstick dutch oven brown beef in 2 tsp of olive oil remove and keep warm.
In the same pan saute the onion, celery,carrot and garlic in remaining olive oil until tender. Add tomatoes, broth and 1/2 cup water, thyme, pepper and beef. Bring to a boil and reduce heat cover and simmer for 20 min. Add tortellini and cook 5-10 min until tender.
Combine remaining flour and water until smooth. Stir into the pan bring to a boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickend.
