    Venison, ground, 16 oz (remove)
    Suma Organic Mixed Beans, 250 gram(s) (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 400 grams (remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1.27 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    Meridian Organic Tomato and pepper pasta sauce, 220 gram(s) (remove)


Fry the onion , garlic and pepper in the olive oil until softened, then add the venison until browned. Add beef stock, chopped tomatoes, spicy sauce, herbs and beans and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for around an hour or until ready.
Makes 6 servings. Serve over brown rice.
