Yummy breakfast or brunch idea that couldn't be easier! Yummy breakfast or brunch idea that couldn't be easier!
Number of Servings: 6


    5 large eggs
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 cup cut fresh asparagus
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1.2 cup chopped onion
    1 Tblsp. butter for pan


preheat over to 350 degrees
add butter to oven safe skillet and pre-heat on medium heat

mix eggs and parmesan cheese together in bowl
saute veggies to sften, then add to egg mixture

lower heat on skillet and add egg, cheese, veggie mix. leave undisturbed until bottom is firm

place skillet in pre-heated oven and leave 10-20 minutes or until fritatta is set through out

slice into six servings and enjoy warm or at room temperature for breakfast, brunch or whenever!
