    2 pounds lean hamburger with the grease drained.
    2 cans Campbell's Tomato soup - unprepared, straight out of the can (that's what I use for the tomato sauce).
    2-3 small bags of frozen mixed vegtables (or whatever frozen veggie you like best).
    A huge pot of homemade mashed potatoes (the healthiest version is using fat free chicken broth and skim milk to make it creamy, that way you don't have all the added fat from using whole milk, or butter).


Preheat oven to 350.
Cook hamburger and drain off as much grease as possible. Layer the bottom of the casserole dish (13" x 9") with the cooked hamburger. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the hamburger. Layer frozen mixed vegtables (uncooked) on top of the tomato sauce. Top with a thick layer of mashed potatoes and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
