Introduction

Just bananas. no nuts. Just bananas. no nuts.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 t. baking powder
    1/4 t. baking soda
    1/2 t. salt
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. (3 med.) bananas, mashed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan well. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, and beat well. Add bananas and dry ingredients alternately. Beat well after each addition. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1hr. 10 min. or until loaf is golden brown and tests done. Makes 1 loaf. 8-16 slices, depending on how thick you like them.
