    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Rye flour, light, 1 cup
    Blackberries, fresh, 1.5 cup
    Trop50 Orange Juice, .5 cup
    365 Unsweetened Rice Milk, .5 cup
    Horizon Organic Fat Free Yogurt, Plain, .333 cup
    Mott Raspberry Applesauce Plus Fiber, 3 oz
    egg substitute egg whites, 6 tbsp
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    ½ tsp Salt
    Stevia Sweetleaf Plus, 2 packets (or 1 ½ tsp stevia extract)


dice blackberries in mini food processor or blender with stevia and set aside
Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients. Then add blackberries.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix completely.
Pour into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400 for 18 - 22 minutes

Big muffins are 1 WW point and mini muffins (making 36) are 0 points each
