Ingredients

    8 oz of Ricotta Cheese (Fat Free)
    1/2 cup grated, parmesan
    1 large Egg, beaten
    1 Teaspoo, Italian Seasonings (i used mrs. dash)
    salt & Pepper to taste
    1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce
    1/2 cup reduced fat shredded Mozzerella Cheese.

Directions

Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beatedn egg, seasonings together and place in an oven proof dish. Pour Marinara on top, and top with Mozzeralla Cheese. Bake it in the oven @ 450 for 20-25 minutes till hot and bubbly.
