    7/8 cup water
    1 large egg
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp skim milk powder
    .25 cup sugar
    1 tsp salt
    .5 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp ginger
    3 cups white flour for bread
    1 tbsp yeast
    .25 cup raisins
    .33 cup glazed cherries, quartered
    .33 cup diced fruit peel
    .75 cup icing sugar
    .25 tsp almond extract
    1 tbsp water


Place all the ingredients except the raisins, cherries and fruit peel, in the bread pan. Program the bread machine for manual or dough cycle. When the cycle is complete, turn the dough into a mixing bowl and kneed in the raisins, cherries and fruit peel. Cut the dough into small pieces and place the pieces in a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes until double. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Drizzle glaze over top of cooled loaf.
