    # 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    # 1 teaspoon honey
    # Juice of 1 lemon
    # 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
    # Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    # 1 clove garlic, minced
    # 1 1/4 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes


Mix mustard, honey, lemon juice, thyme, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon oil, and garlic in a large bowl. Add pork; cover and let stand for 1 hour.
Heat grill to medium hot; brush with oil. Thread pork on skewers; season with salt and pepper. Grill until done, about 15 min, turning once
