    2 lbs extra lean ground beef
    1 tsp onion powder
    3/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 (10 3/4oz) can low fat tomato soup
    5 potatoes, sliced
    1 cup non fat half and half


1. Cook ground beef with onion powder and garlic powder. Drain fat.
2. Combine onion, soup in bowl. Mix well.
3. Arrange potato slices in bottom of slow cooker; top with meat mixture. Pour soup mixture over top and mix.
4. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Increase heat to high. Pour half and half into slow cooker. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
