    2 oz Egg Beaters

    1 slice Jennie-O extra lean turkey bacon

    1 cup fresh spinach

    1/2 plum tomato-chopped

    1 tablespoon Healthy Balance Omega Plus Light Mayo

    1/2 half whole wheat pita


1. Fix Egg Beaters and Jennie-o Extra Lean Turkey Bacon according to package directions. (I used the microwave directions)

2. Warm the pita in microwave.

3. Mix Egg Beater, Turkey Bacon, Tomato, Spinach and the Healthy Balance Omega Plus together. Stuff pita bread with mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
