Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 1 cup
Sweet Corn, Canned, 0.5 cup
American Cheese 1/2 lb
Tortilla Chips, 3 oz
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded
Shoney's Olives, Black, Sliced - 1 Tablespoons, 3 serving
Directions
Brown beef in skillet
Add taco seasoning and tomato with green chiles
Add corn
Cut cheese into small cubes and add to skillet on low heat. Stir until cheese melted. If to thick add a small amount of water to thin.
Crush 2 oz tortilla chips and add to skillet. When liquid is soaked up dish is ready to serve.
Serve with lettuce, black olive and remaining chips over top of skillet mixture.
