Ingredients

    * *Baked Potato, with skin, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * Hard Boiled Egg, 5 large (remove)
    * Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 8 tbsp (remove)

Directions

boil potatoes until soft and dice up into chunks and place in large bowl. Next hardboil 5 eggs and peel then dice and mix with the potatoes. next add 1/2c light mayo and mix until combined. add salt and pepper to taste. makes 12 (1/2c) servings.
