    2 c 1% milk
    5 T flour
    1 c sugar
    1 c butter


cook milk and flour until think with large bubbles. cook 1min. longer then cook to room temp.
blend 1/2 c sugar into mixture until smooth. Add butter and 1/2 c sugar. mix until smooth.
