Ingredients

    4 6oz porktenderloin steaks
    3 egg whites
    2 oz canned milk (Milnot)
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 pkg Martha White buttermilk biscuit mix dry Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Directions

Place 1 pork cutlet between two pieces of wax paper and pound out til 1/2 inch thick. Do remaining pieces the same.
Mix bread crumbs and biscuit mix in shallow bowl and set aside
Mix egg whites and canned milk together and whisk til foamy.
Dip meat in egg/milk mixture and drege in bread crumb mix. Repeat and do all pieces of meat the same placing in 9x11 baking dish that has been coated with nonfat cooking spray. Place dish in oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and no longer pink in center.

  • looks good to me...we love pork cutlets. I am thinking this would work well with chicken as well. I will make my own seasoned bread crumbs tho...to cut down on the sodium and use heart healthy bisquick instead of Martha White.... - 1/16/10
