Number of Servings: 6


    2 chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
    1 can of low-fat cream of chicken soup
    1 small package of mixed vegetables
    1 medium sized potato (cubed)
    1 1/2 cups of Heart Smart Bisquick
    2 eggs
    1 cup of milk (2% or your preference)


Mix the first three ingredients and pour into a square baking dish (sprayed with non-stick spray).
Sprinkle with poultry season (optional) an shredded cheese (I use mozzarella).
Mix next three ingredients and pour on top of chicken mixture.
Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes (until Bisquick is done and slightly brown).

    I am right there with you on the salt and pepper. I usually will leave that up to the person making it. I have never been one to season stuff until after I try it. I'm glad you liked it!!!!
