Number of Servings: 15


    15 oz. Canned Pumpkin
    8 oz. fat free Cool Whip (thawed)
    1 package (1 oz.) Jell-O sugar free Cheesecake pudding (mix only)
    1/2 T. Ground Cinnamon
    1/4 T. Ground Nutmeg


Combine Pumpkin and spices in a bowl. Mix in Cool Whip with a spatula, then add pudding mix and continue mixing until combined. The mixture will thicken. You may serve right away or chill. Pumpkin Dip will keep well covered in the fridge for several days.
*You may want to adjust the amount of spices to suit your personal taste, you may also substitute pumpkin pie spice.

Serve with sliced apples for a healthy treat. You can also make cinnamon chips by baking tortillas spritzed with butter flavored cooking spray and sprinkled with cinnamon and Splenda until golden brown (cut into wedges with a pizza cutter).
