Introduction

I put that this serves two....it may serve more depending on appetite or if you have something in addition to this. Serves two if this is all you have for dinner. Ingredients

    1 Bag bird's eye Pepper Stir Fry vegetables
    About 1/4 Tbsp. Liquid Aminos
    Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp
    1 Block of NaySoya Extra Firm Tofu - chunked
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Use Olive oil to begin frying up the tofu to desired doneness, then add all other ingredients and stir and cook until thoroghly cooked through and veggies are no longer frozen.

Serve by itself or over brown rice.

  • This was easy and tasty, but I think you meant 1/4 Tablespoon of Liquid Aminos? A quarter of a cup of that stuff would be more salt than a human should eat in a day. - 4/20/09
