Ingredients

    Chicken, Thighs, Boneless/Skinless, Purdue Fit & Easy (Uncooked), 20 oz
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 plum tomato
    Tomatoes, Contadina Crushed wtih Italian Herbs, 3.25 cup
    Frozen Spinach, Chopped, Birdseye, 1.16 cup
    Classico Sundried Tomato Pesto, .75 cup

Directions

Saute diced chicken breast in nonstick skillet. Add thawed spinach, plum tomatoes, and pesto. Simmer on medium for 5 minutes for flavors to combine. Add cushed tomatoes and let sauce simmer additional 5-10 minutes. Serve over whole grain/wheat pasta for a healthy, flavorful meal!
