    --One Whole Wheat Tortilla*
    --1.5 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter**
    --1/3 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
    --1 spritz of no calorie cooking spray

    *I use Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran, & Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
    **I use Smuckers Reduced Fat Natural Style Peanut Butter


1) Wash & slice strawberries
2) Spray frying pan (or panini/quesadilla maker) with no calorie cooking spray
3) Spread 1.5 TBSP of peanut putter on one half of the tortilla
4) Place tortilla on frying pan, allowing the tortilla to crisp up a bit
5) When peanut butter begins to "melt," arrange sliced strawberries on peanut butter (most likely there will be extras & you can set those aside)
6) Using a spatula fold tortilla in half, making into a quesadilla. Note: It's easier/less messy to fold the half of tortilla without peanut butter & strawberries towards the half
7) Flip quesadilla, crisping both sides
8) Remove from frying pan & slice into mini-quesadillas
9) Top these treats with the extra strawberries
4) Arrange sliced strawberries on peanut butter. Most likely there will be extra--Set those aside
5) Fold in half & put into panini/quesadilla maker, following the normal instructions for your model. It shouldn't take too long to crisp up
6) Remove from frying pan & slice into smallera pizza-like mini-quesadillas
7) Top these treats with the extra strawberries!
