Ingredients

    bananas (3)
    oatmeal (2 cups)
    splenda (1/4 cup)
    baking powder (1.5 tsp)
    pure vanilla extract (2 tsp)
    ground cinnamon (1 tsp)
    unsweetened applesauce (1 cup)
    eggs (2 large)

Directions

Peel the bananas and mash in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix together. Dump into a (PAM) greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
