Introduction

This is a quick and easy yet, flavorful way to serve a low fat and heart healthy fish. This is a quick and easy yet, flavorful way to serve a low fat and heart healthy fish.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon garlic granules
    1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)

Directions

Place egg substitute in bowl. In another bowl, combine and mix the cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, red pepper flakes and pepper. Dip the fillets first in egg substitute, then in the cheese mixture.
Place in a 13" baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 4 6oz. servings.
