Ingredients

Canned Kidney beans, 1 can
Canned sweet corn, 1 can
Hunt's Herbs and Spices Tomato Paste- 1 can
Brown rice- 1 cup
Curry powder- 1 tbsp
Salt- 2 tsp
Pepper- 2 tsp
Raw chopped onions- 0.5 cup
Directions
Pretty easy, makes 3 servings.
Canned corn/kidney beans. Saute them with diced onion in a pan while making the rice. Add the tomato paste and spices in with the kidney beans/corn/onion. When the rice is finished, add it into the pan and mix until everything is evenly coated with the tomato paste.
