Ingredients

    2 whole eggs
    4 egg whites
    3 tbs of bell pepper chopped
    3 tbs of onion chopped
    3 tbs of tomatoes chopped
    3 tbs of crubled mexican cheese
    1.5 tbs of canola oil
    3 oz of ham

Directions

In a large skillet heat the oil. Sutee peppers, onion, tomato, cheese, and ham. Add beaten eggs. and serve.
