    6 eggs
    1 oz swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
    1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
    1 Tbsp unsalted butter
    salt and pepper to taste


Beat eggs. Melt butter in skillet, pour in eggs. When eggs are halfway set, add vegetables and top with grated cheese. Set oven to broil, place skillet in oven with door partially open, when cheese bubbles, Frittata is done.
