Ingredients

    1.25 scoops of Whey protein
    1.5 Tbspns Ground Flax
    1 cup whole strawberries (can use fresh or frozen)
    0.5 cup nonfat milk
    1 cup ice cubes.

Directions

Place all items in the blender and blend until smooth.
Frozen strawberries can be used in replace of more ice.
Makes 1 serving.
