Favorite bread machine bread - and good for you! Favorite bread machine bread - and good for you!
Number of Servings: 24


    1 1/8 cup water
    1/2 cup potato flakes
    1 large egg (Omega 3)
    1/4 cup canola oil
    3 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp dry onion flakes
    1 cup white bread flour
    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp gluten
    1/4 cup old fashioned oats
    1/4 cup oat bran
    1/4 cup flax meal
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 Tbsp yeast


24 servings - cut loaf in half and each half in 12 slices.
Add ingredients in the order recommended for your bread machine. Choose the whole wheat cycle if available. (If not available, you can let it go through the 1st knead sycle, allow to sit 15-20 minutes, then restart everything.)
