    4 boneless Chicken Breast
    2 cans Delmonte diced can tomatos
    with basil, garlic oregano.
    No salt added.
    2 tbsp. Mrs dash Italian medley Blend
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 cup uncooded brown long grain rice


In a saute pan place 2 tbsp olive oil, and the 4 chicken breast, saute till brown on each side then add the 2 cans of no salt added canned tomatos, then add the 2 tbsp. Mrs dash seasoning. simmer on Medium for about 20 minutes In the mean time start your brown rice . Follow the box for 2 cup uncooked.. Place 1 cup cooked rice on plate and chcicken over it with some of the tomatos . Sever a side salad .. Make a great easy family meal ... left over chciken is great on a salad the next day
