Ingredients

    Spaghetti Sauce
    Ground Beef
    Onions
    Cottage Cheese Lowfat
    Mozzarella Cheese Lowfat
    Frozen Spinach

Directions

Combine cottage cheese and Shredded parmesean in one dish.
Cook ground beef and chopped onions till cooked. Drain grease.
Cook Spinach seperately and drain off liquid.
Combine ground beef and spaghetti sauce and spinach together.
Layer ground beef and sauce then all cottage cheese mixture. Then lowfat shredded mozzarell (halff of a package). Then ground beef mixture. Lay last of your mozzarella on top.

Bake in oven 350 until melted and hot thru out. Do not over cook because it will taste burnt and become mushey.
