    8 oz crab or lobster seafood
    8 oz linguine
    2 lg clove garlic
    1 tsp dried oregano
    2 tbsp butter
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/2 cup half & half cream
    1/2 cup sliced green onions
    1/2 cup swiss cheese
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese


Cook pasta. Saute garlic and oregano in butter, stirring frequently, 1 minute.
Add tomato; cook 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, until cheese is melted.
Place hot cooked pasta on a plate; top with sauce.
