    2 T flour
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t pepper
    12 oz chicken cubed
    2 T olive oil
    1.5 cups chicken broth
    2 t garlic
    3 c broccoli or other vegetables
    2 t lemon zest
    1 t lemon juice


1. Combine 1.5 t flour, .24 t salt and pepper and chicken. Turn to coat.
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until cooked through about 5 minutes and remove to plate.
3. Put 1 cup of broth and garlic in same skillet, bring to boil over high heat scrapping browned bits from skillet. Add vegetables and cook one minute.
4. In small cup, stir together remaining 1/2 c broth, 1/2 T of flour and salt if desired. Add to skillet and bring to simmer over low heat.
5. Cover and cook until vegetables are crisp and sauce is slightly thickened about 1-1.5 minutes.
Stir in chicken
6. Remove skillet from heat and stir in lemon juice. Toss to coat.
