    Red Wine Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 5 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp or to taste
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, to taste


Measure vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper into container, press garlic cloves into mixture. Mix oils together, drizzle oils into vinegar mixture slowly using a hand mixer to emulsify ingredients. Serve with favorite salads.
Recipe may be varied with different vinegars, i.e. raspberry vinegar, tarragon vinegar, etc. and fresh herbs.
